If RM 60 billion were to be divided equally among 20 million Malaysians, everyone will be entitled to about RM3,000. The question is, can direct handout stimulate the domestic economy better than "C4"s stimulus package.

money spend by the hands of citizen is better than spend government. RM60billion???? i dont think i benefited from any single cent.

many years back, our mega project cost just few billion and create many jobs. Pak Lah and Najisb billiions go where????
